Fall flavors have arrived at Scout’s Pub in Franklin with the return of Harvest Jubilee. Running October 1–31, this month-long celebration brings seasonal food specials and creative cocktails to the neighborhood favorite. Guests can enjoy autumn-inspired dishes, sip festive drinks, and gather with friends throughout the season.

This year’s Harvest Jubilee menu features comforting classics and bold flavors. French Onion-Poblano Soup offers a rich blend of roasted poblano peppers, melted fontina and Gruyère, and seared Boursin crostini. For something with a little kick, the Thai Chicken & Rice combines Thai fried chicken with fresh cucumber, carrots, jalapeño, basil, cilantro, and lime. Sriracha candied peanuts add crunch, while soy-tamarind sauce ties everything together. The lineup also includes the 4-H Burger, a can’t-miss menu item with a meaningful local cause.

Seasonal Cocktails and a Burger With a Purpose

Harvest Jubilee brings seasonal cocktails to Scout’s Pub, with four featured drinks inspired by fall flavors. The Scout’s Curse puts an autumn spin on a classic bourbon apple smash. The Blood Moon features a blood orange Negroni, offering a citrus-forward option for cocktail fans. Guests can also order the Evil Queen, a refreshing apple cider spritz that captures the flavors of the season.

For an after-dinner treat, the Wake The Dead espresso martini delivers coffee flavor with a seasonal twist. Pumpkin cold foam tops this indulgent cocktail, and guests can choose vodka or tequila. Together, these drinks give Franklin diners plenty of reasons to explore the Harvest Jubilee cocktail menu throughout October.

The 4-H Burger adds a community-focused option to this year’s fall celebration. Scout’s Pub prepares it with beef raised by a Williamson County 4-H student through her Livestock Beef Project. Grilled onions, white cheddar, pepper relish, crispy potato sticks, Creole mustard, and garlic aioli complete the burger. The dish highlights the hands-on learning and responsibility that make 4-H Youth Development valuable to local students.
