5 Random Questions with David Dewese
David Dewese, musician, singer-songwriter, web designer and fashion designer is a native Texan and Nashville favorite. Dewese moved to Nashville, post-college to avoid getting a “real job.” He has played his guitar across the US, sung songs on most continents and released 11 albums as a solo artist or with his two long-time bands, the Foxymorons and the Luxury Liners.
On August 24, 2010, the Foxymorons will release a new album, Bible Stories. According the Foxymorons, “Bible Stories, an erudite and giddy collection of pop songs recorded over the freezing winter months in a creaky basement in Nashville, Tennessee. The songs revel in a certain scruffy, underdog status while emoting about “teenage typing queens” and the meditative virtues of gardening.” Take a listen, by clicking here.
