Herald Reports

CrossFit Cool Springs will be bustling Saturday morning as families from across Middle Tennessee gather to enjoy a morning of fitness and fundraising for a wonderful cause.

The High Reps for High Hopes event, sponsored jointly by Resilient Health & Performance and CrossFit Cool Springs, will raise money for High Hopes Development Center, a local nonprofit offering an inclusive preschool environment for children with and without special needs, as well as an on-site pediatric therapy clinic providing physical, occupational, speech and feeding therapies to children from birth to age 21.
