NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Sept. 29, 2026) – Blakeford Senior Life, Nashville’s leading nonprofit provider of senior lifestyle solutions, today announced its “30 in 30” fundraising goal, in honor of its 30th anniversary. The initiative invites community members to support the Team Member Support Fund of the Blakeford Foundation with the goal of raising $30,000 this year. This effort underscores the company’s ongoing dedication to the staff who care for their residents every day.
In 2024, alongside the opening of the renovated campus, Blakeford launched the Blakeford Foundation and, as part of it, the Team Member Support Fund, which provides financial assistance for employees facing unexpected hardships such as accidents, illness or home displacement. Reflecting Blakeford’s belief that supporting employees extends beyond the workplace, the fund offers a tangible way to care for its staff during life’s most challenging moments.

Blakeford was founded in 1996 by a group of community members who felt Nashville was lacking a premier senior living community. In its 30 years of operation, Blakefordhas launched LiveWell by Blakeford a Continuing Care at Home program, an on-campus Memory Care wing, a state-of-the-art wellness wing and completed a multi-year full campus renovation.
In December, Blakeford will celebrate 30 years with the Pearl Jubilee, where leadership will recognize the team members who go above and beyond for the residents.
