Big Band Dinner and Dance at Franklin Recreation Complex

The Williamson County Parks and Recreation Department presents a “big band” dinner/dance for adults the evening of Saturday, October 11^th at the Franklin Recreation Complex, 1120 Hillsboro Road. From Benny Goodman to Count Basie, relive yesteryear and celebrate the big band sound as you jump and jive to the live music of the Big Band Ensemble of the Williamson County Community Band, orchestrated by Ken Krause.

 

The public is invited to this special event which begins at 6pm. Come dressed to the “nines” and enjoy a delicious dinner at 6:30pm, followed by dancing until 9pm. The cost is $8 per person or $14 a couple.  Reservations are required by Wednesday, October 8^th. To register, call 790-5719, ext. 10.  You must speak with a receptionist in order to make a reservation. You may also register in person.
