Adult and Youth Athletic Programs Offered at Local Recreation Facilities  

The Williamson County Parks and Recreation Department’s (WCPR) Athletics Division hosts a variety of adult and youth athletic programs, including clinics, leagues and tournaments. With options ranging from traditional programs like basketball, soccer, and tennis to newer sports like pickle ball; we offer an assortment of opportunities for all sport enthusiasts.

Registration is currently available for an adult, D2 Basketball League that will begin play in mid-October at the Academy Park Gymnasium, 120 Everbright Ave., in Franklin. League play will take place on Tuesday evenings with games scheduled between 6-10 p.m. League fees are $500 per team; or $55 per player for a free agent.

Registration for Winter Sessions of tennis clinics for youth and adults is now open. An assortment of instructional programs will be offered in a variety of skill levels from beginner to advanced players. The clinic session will begin the week and October 18 and continue through mid-December. Indoor and outdoor clinic options are available, and all clinics are taught by USTA professionals.

And, registration for a new Youth Winter Soccer League for children ages 7-14 will open on October 1, 2021. League play will be broken down into age divisions for U8-U14. Games will be played at the Indoor Arena at Crockett Park at 1485 Volunteer Parkway, in Brentwood, TN.
