Nashville Home + Remodeling Expo Returns for Fourth Year

The annual event will feature Brett Tutor of “Trading Spaces,” luxury motor coaches and more

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Perfect for the continued housing boom and just in time for spring renovation projects, the Nashville Home + Remodeling Expo will once again come to the heart of downtown next month. Held at the Music City Center on Friday, March 13 – Sunday, March 15, the home show will feature exhibits, industry experts and the latest trends in home improvement categories, including remodeling, kitchen & bath, windows, flooring and more.

Brett Tutor of TLC’s “Trading Spaces” will be showcased for guests on the main stage, among others.
From a military career, to musician, outdoor guide and house flipper, Tutor is a multitalented man who was also named ‘Sexiest Handyman Alive’ by People Magazine. The Texas native joined “Trading Spaces” as the hit show’s carpenter in the spring 2019 season. He will be on stage all three days of the event.

“We can’t wait for the show to be back in Nashville for the fourth year,” said Tami Bailey, Nashville show manager. “As the largest producer of home shows in North America, we are excited to offer thousands of attendees advice, unique ideas and helpful solutions for their home improvement projects. With all the growth and remodeling happening in Nashville and the surrounding areas, now is the perfect time to be here.”

Additional highlights include “Home on the Road” with luxury coaches for visitors to explore presented by Olympia Luxury Coaches. Attendees can vote for their favorite outdoor design by local landscapers at The Rock Place’s Belgard Outdoor Living Showdown. The shows SubstainABLE Living exhibitors showcase earth-friendly options from LightWave Solar, Tennessee Environmental Council and Rent The Chicken, an all-inclusive service for backyard chicken coops.
