Located in Franklin’s Cool Springs area, Canteen on Carothers is a 10-acre mixed-use redevelopment designed to transform a traditional office park into a lively, community-focused destination. Developed by Stockbridge Capital Group and designed by TMP, the project adds six single-story restaurant and retail buildings totaling 28,000 square feet to the Corporate Centre campus, anchored by a central open-air hub.
Leasing activity is well underway, with confirmed tenants including Char Restaurant, Barre3, PennePazze, and Scout’s Barbershop.
Strategically located on the east side of I-65, Canteen features a large open lawn, a covered stage for live entertainment, a scenic water feature, landscaped gathering areas, and a four-tier, 600-space parking deck. Stockbridge has also invested in lobby renovations at adjacent office buildings to complement the new amenities.
The layout prioritizes open space and pedestrian flow, with smaller buildings surrounding the central hub rather than a traditional strip configuration.
