Hayes House at Harlinsdale Farm is a restored 1899 Victorian farmhouse that now serves as a museum and event rental space. Operated by Friends of Franklin Parks, the house offers free public tours showcasing Franklin’s agricultural and equestrian history, including exhibits on the Hayes family, Harlinsdale Farm, and champion Tennessee Walking Horse Midnight Sun.
The space is also available to rent for meetings, small gatherings, and special events, with an indoor capacity of 90 and outdoor space for up to 700 guests.
