The Dutch was a restaurant at W Nashville in The Gulch, offering an American-inspired menu with seasonal dishes, seafood, steaks, brunch, and cocktails in a stylish hotel setting. The restaurant was created by chef Andrew Carmellini and served as one of the hotel’s original dining concepts. The Dutch Nashville is now closed.
