barre3 Brentwood offers full-body workouts that blend strength training, cardio, and mindfulness, creating a balanced approach to fitness for all levels. Classes are available in both 45- and 60-minute formats and focus on sustainable movement through a mix of sustained holds, small targeted movements, and energizing cardio bursts. The studio also offers specialty class formats such as B3 Strength and B3 Cardio.

Opened in 2019, barre3 Brentwood is co-owned by Nashville natives Jessie Ganick, Francie Corcoran, and Annie Williams, who have built a welcoming studio atmosphere centered on community, connection, and empowerment. Members are encouraged to approach fitness with balance and grace, making the studio a supportive space for anyone seeking strength, stamina, or mindful movement.

barre3 Brentwood is part of the larger Barre3 network, which includes more than 200 studios worldwide. In Williamson County, it will soon be joined by a new sister location in Franklin, opening in 2025 at the Canteen on Carothers development.
