Culamar in Downtown Franklin Relaunches as Rooftop Tapas + Oyster Bar

The sister restaurant of Pullara’s authentic Italian restaurant, Culaccino, Culamar is now its Mediterranean counterpart, offering chef-driven, shareable plates with Spanish influence, along with craft cocktails and wine. The reimagined menu focuses on bold Mediterranean flavors and sustainably sourced ingredients.

Inspired by the diverse coastal cultures connected by the Mediterranean Sea, from Italy to Spain to Greece, Culamar’s updated menu celebrates the tradition of gathering around the table.

New menu items “from the land” include Chicken Valdostana with smoked pancetta cream, Caramelized Brussels Sprouts, a Mortadella Hot Dog, and Arancini with English pea and basil pesto.

Highlights “from the sea” include Octopus Carpaccio, Arca Salmon with miso and local honey, and Smoked Trout Dip served with tater tots.

The refreshed menu will be available in both the dining room and on the rooftop patio and bar, giving guests the option to enjoy the new offerings inside or outdoors in historic downtown Franklin.

Culamar is located at 99 East Main Street, Suite 190, in downtown Franklin. For more information, visit culamarTN.com.
