Flip It Franklin Upscale Consignment Sale Returns June 19-21 with Designer Deals & Luxury Finds
The Flip It Franklin Upscale Pop-up Consignment Sale will take place June 19th through June 21st, 2026, at Battle Ground Academy in Franklin, TN.
The three-day sale will feature curated designer and contemporary clothing, handbags, accessories, and home décor, with many items priced 50% to 80% off retail. Shoppers can browse luxury labels and boutique brands, including Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Burberry, Fendi, Prada, Gucci, Dior, Free People, Anthropologie, Madewell, Lilly Pulitzer, lululemon, Veronica Beard, Tuckernuck, Ulla Johnson, Peter Millar, and more.
The sale will also include celebrity-owned pieces, wardrobe items from TV and film productions, and Hallmark movie wardrobe items, along with The Vault, Flip It’s curated collection of authenticated designer finds.
The Franklin pop-up will include dedicated fitting areas, giving shoppers a chance to check sizing, fit, and fabric before heading to the register.

- Friday, June 19th: Noon to 7 pm, with a consignor pre-sale from 10 am until noon
- Saturday, June 20th: 10 am to 7 pm
- Sunday, June 21st: 10 am to 6 pm, with a half-off sale
Admission and parking are free.
The event supports Baden K-9 Kares Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides service canines to military veterans, first responders, and children with special needs.
