Dog Haus Franklin Reopens After Temporary Closure
Dog Haus Franklin has officially reopened after temporarily closing due to an early morning fire that happened just days after the restaurant’s grand opening earlier this month.
The new restaurant, located at 755 Crescent Centre Drive, Suite 104, in the Canteen on Carothers development, first opened to the public on Thursday, May 14th. A few days later, the restaurant closed after an early morning fire that started in a commercial ice machine. According to information from the Franklin Fire Department, damage was minimal, and no injuries were reported.
Dog Haus Franklin reopened Saturday, May 23, with a continued community giveback for Centennial High School Athletics through the Memorial Day weekend. During the reopening celebration, guests who dined in and donated $3 toward the program received coupons valid at the Franklin location.
The menu features chef-driven comfort food, including gourmet hot dogs, brats, burgers, chicken creations, plant-based options, beer, and cocktails. Signature items include all-beef hot dogs, handcrafted sausages, Black Angus beef smashburgers, and menu items served on grilled King’s Hawaiian rolls.
The Franklin restaurant is Dog Haus’ second Tennessee location, following the brand’s East Nashville opening in November 2025.
Now reopened, Dog Haus Franklin is welcoming guests back for food, drinks, and a casual sports bar-style dining experience at Canteen on Carothers.
