Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams is launching the first drop of its new limited-time Summer Collection on May 28th at shops across Nashville. The seasonal lineup is inspired by warm-weather desserts, sun-ripened fruit, and the nostalgic treats people look forward to all year.
The new collection blends familiar summer flavors with Jeni’s signature creativity, from brownie batter and rainbow sprinkles to berries, passion fruit, matcha, vanilla, and strawberry jam. The result is a trio of flavors made for hot afternoons, after-dinner treats, and summer nights.

Confetti Brownie Batter
Available exclusively at Target, this flavor features gooey dark chocolate custard swirled with fudgy brownies and rainbow sprinkles. It is designed to taste like sneaking brownie batter straight from the bowl.
Matchapolitan
A colorful twist on a classic trio, Matchapolitan combines Japanese matcha and Fair Trade vanilla ice creams with strawberry jam for an earthy, creamy, fruity scoop.
Summer Berries & Passion Fruit
This bright seasonal flavor features raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries folded into fresh cultured buttermilk and cream with sweet-tart passion fruit.
