Crush Bottle Shop Now Open in Nashville’s Wedgewood-Houston
The new neighborhood bottle shop features authentic wines, spirits and THC beverages
NASHVILLE, Tenn., December, 2025 – Crush Bottle Shop is officially open in Wedgewood-Houston, located at 1416 4th Ave. S. in SomeraRoad’s Emblem Park. Nashville restaurateur Seema Prasad, known for shaping the city’s dining and wine landscape through Miel and Harvest Wine Market, opened her newest venture in partnership with Brian Hadfield.
The store focuses on distinctive wines and small-production labels with exceptional value, supported by a selection of well-known and craft spirits, THC and CBD beverages and a curated assortment of complementary food items. The shop will also offer delivery, allowing customers to order everything from champagne and caviar to mixers and ice.
“This neighborhood values originality and discovery,” said Prasad. “There’s so much momentum in Wedgewood-Houston + Chestnut Hill right now, and we wanted Crush to feel like a true part of that energy. It’s a place where guests can find bottles that feel special, honest and truly worth drinking.”
Dowdle Construction Group, the award-winning Nashville-based general contractor, partnered with Prasad and Hadfield to deliver the new Crush Bottle Shop space.

- A full interior build-out tailored to beverage retail and hospitality operations
- Integration of custom millwork, specialty tile and large-format interior art elements
- Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and refrigeration system coordination to support an extensive wine and spirits program
- Close collaboration with Emblem Park’s development team to ensure consistency with the district’s architectural vision
