FrankTown Festival of Lights Begins Friday: Drive-Through Christmas Lights in Franklin
FrankTown Festival of Lights returns to Franklin, Tennessee, this Friday, November 21st, bringing back one of the most popular drive-through Christmas light shows near Nashville!
Running through December 31st at the Williamson County AG Expo Center, this annual event offers families a mile-and-a-half route filled with more than 200 synchronized holiday light displays, glowing tunnels, and festive scenes that make it one of the top holiday activities in Franklin and Williamson County.
As you drive the route, tune your car radio to holiday music and enjoy a relaxed night out complete with food trucks, treats, and s’mores by the fire pits. It’s a fun way to kick off the season and one of the best family-friendly Christmas events happening in Middle Tennessee this weekend and throughout the holiday season.
New for 2025: Photos with Santa
This year brings a festive new addition: free photos with Santa! Families can enjoy a cheerful visit, snap a keepsake photo, and add a little extra holiday excitement to their night at the festival.
Walkin’ Wednesdays Return
Back by popular demand, Walkin’ Wednesdays give visitors the chance to experience the lights at their own pace on November 26th and December 3rd, 10th, and 17th. These evenings allow families, friends, and leashed pets to stroll through the illuminated path, take photos, and enjoy the lights from a different perspective.
A Franklin Tradition with Local Impact
FrankTown Festival of Lights supports FrankTown Open Hearts, a Franklin-based nonprofit dedicated to mentoring and equipping at-risk youth. The event serves as one of the organization’s key fundraisers, helping provide academic support, life-skills training, meals, and spiritual development for local teens.
