Renowned Bridal Couturier Olia Zavozina and Husband Derek McFarlin Celebrate the Grand Opening of “The View at Anderson Farm”

Nashville, TN (September 29, 2025) – Internationally renowned fashion designer Olia Zavozina and her husband and business partner, Derek McFarlin, have unveiled their stunning new event property, The View at Anderson Farm, with an unforgettable evening celebrating both its completion and Zavozina’s birthday.
Nestled on 70 historic acres of family land in the rolling countryside of Fairview, Tennessee, in beautiful Williamson County, the property is spectacular. The View At Anderson Farm boasts the perfect blend of classic elegance and rustic charm. The magnificent architecture of the main structure, The Pavillion, is highlighted by towering glass walls which flood the space with natural light and showcase panoramic views of the surrounding landscape, which includes a tranquil pond. Inside, whitewashed floors and columns paired with silver accents lend the space an ethereal ambiance, offering a blank canvas and inspiring guests to use their creative imaginations for customized events and décor.
The Pavillion, comfortably accommodates up to 150 guests indoors, while expansive front and back wrap-around decks, The Ceremony Terrace, accessible through large double doors, allow for additional attendees to enjoy the outdoor scenery. A circular drive, perfect for valet, ensures smooth traffic flow. Two guest houses, Carolyn’s Cottage (bridal suite) and the Groom’s Cabinprovide ideal and convenient accommodations for bridal parties or overnight guests. A fully equipped kitchen offers caterers ample space to work their culinary magic while The Dockprovides a tranquil and beautiful waterfront feature perfect for unique photos and quiet moments, further enhancing the experience.
The invitation only event allowed guests to experience all aspects of The View at Anderson Farm and was sponsored by some of Olia and Derek’s preferred vendors including; Alex G. A highlight of the evening was the presentation of the newest bridal collection by Olia Zavozina®. Lovely and diverse models floated down a runway wearing The Versailles Collection, bringing to life the heart, artistry, and emotion of Zavozina in each gown.
Grand Tents & Events set the stage with a tent that brought the outside in with charm and elegance, Quest Events draped the venue in long flowing whimsical fabric, Crave’s Prim and Poppy added beautiful floral touches, Curated Events provided the runway, dance floor and decor options, Nashville Event Lighting illuminated the entire set, and PoshPrivy was on site with boutique bathrooms for the convenience of guests as well.
Following the fashion show, guests were invited to stay and experience The View at Anderson Farm after dark and under the stars. With the DJ, Ignite Excitement, setting the mood, attendees danced the night away while indulging in gourmet passed hors d’oeuvres from Crave, homemade Italian fare from Penne Pazze, as well as handcrafted themed cocktails from Bar Magnolia Cocktails, with superior products from Fairview Liquors & Fine Wines. Guests also enjoyed cappuccinos, espressos, and teas served by The Roaming Bean to close out the night along with desserts by Cowboy Cannolis. Terrie Starkey engaged guests with her lovely artwork early in the evening. Trinity Parking took great care in getting guests back into their vehicles and Genesis Diamonds sent each attendee home with a thoughtful gift bag. Alex G. Films documented the entire evening with stunning videography while Haus of Taute created content to mark the occasion and Sarah Cannon and Liz Courtney assisted Diana Marie Photography capturing the event, all under the watchful eye of Bolt Security Guard Services.
