The Gentle Barn Ppartners with The Union Station and Noelle to Fundraise for the Future

This summer, The Gentle Barn—a local nonprofit animal sanctuary making great strides for animals and humans with visible and invisible trauma—is conducting a fundraising campaign. The campaign’s goal is to raise $300,000 for critical care and permanent solutions for the nonprofit’s Tennessee barn, making visiting the farm (and a few favorite downtown destinations!) that much sweeter.
The nonprofit is teaming up with local staples The Union Station and Noelle to bring this critical fundraising effort to locals and visitors alike.
THE UNION STATION:
- Every Monday from July to August, during Conductor’s Hour (6:30–7:30 p.m.) at The Bar Car, The Union Station will donate 100% of the proceeds from a featured, rotating cocktail to The Gentle Barn. Guests are invited to enjoy the cocktail of the evening while hearing the story of its origins—a unique fusion of flavor and folklore.
NOELLE:
- Noelle will be offering the limited-time “A Gentle Stay” package to guests who book by June 30, 2025. For every night guests stay, Noelle will make a donation to the nonprofit and toast to making a difference. A summer getaway that gives back to The Gentle Barn? Count us in! More information on this offer can be found HERE.
- This month’s featured cocktail at Noelle will also benefit The Gentle Barn! All month long at Rare Bird and Trade Room, $1 from every featured cocktail purchased goes directly to The Gentle Barn.
The funds raised through these collaborations will give the sanctuary’s residents a safer, healthier environment, provide essential care to all animals, make life-changing therapy offerings available year-round, and much more.
About The Gentle Barn:
A retreat for locals and visitors, The Gentle Barn’s unique philosophy connects the animals’ stories of survival and healing to the personal experiences of adults and children who have suffered trauma. By interacting with the animals and taking a hands-on role in their welfare, participants in the programs at The Gentle Barn—ranging from Cow Hug Therapy to literacy training—learn empathy, trust, and forgiveness.
