FRANKLIN, Tenn. – June 11, 2025 – NAI Nashville Stanton Group, developers of The Margin District, are now leasing retail, restaurant and office space. “We’ve officially broken ground, and leasing is underway for brands who are ready to help shape downtown Franklin’s next chapter,” said Devin McClendon, CEO, NAI Nashville Stanton Group.
The Margin District includes 50,000 square feet of street-level retail along with another 50,000 square feet of office space. Owners, Arlington Family Offices, purchased the former hardware store property in 2020 and acquired six additional Columbia Avenue parcels for the development. Engineering partners include Dale & Associates, EMC Structural Engineers, Enfinity Engineering, and TerraCon. American Constructors is serving as general contractor, with Davis Properties leading residential construction.
