FRANKLIN, Tenn. – June 11, 2025 – NAI Nashville Stanton Group, developers of The Margin District, are now leasing retail, restaurant and office space. “We’ve officially broken ground, and leasing is underway for brands who are ready to help shape downtown Franklin’s next chapter,” said Devin McClendon, CEO, NAI Nashville Stanton Group.

The Margin District includes 50,000 square feet of street-level retail along with another 50,000 square feet of office space. The development features authentic architectural details including warm brick, stepped rooflines, gabled dormers and classic millwork.
