BELL’s Future Builders Academy Sparks Interest in Skilled Trades

Yesterday, Brentwood-based BELL Construction welcomed local high school students to its Future Builders Academy, a hands-on event designed to spark interest in careers in the skilled trades.
Students explored the “Be Pro, Be Proud” simulation truck, testing their skills in carpentry, welding and heavy equipment operation. BELL leaders and trades professionals shared insights on pathways into the construction industry, highlighting the demand for skilled workers and the pride that comes with building what matters.
