Brentwood-based BELL Construction Breaks Ground on New Tennessee College of Applied Technology (TCAT) Henry/Carroll Campus in Paris

Brentwood, Tenn. — November 26, 2024 — Brentwood-based BELL Construction (BELL) today announced the groundbreaking of the new Tennessee College of Applied Technology (TCAT) Henry/Carroll campus in Paris, Tennessee. To celebrate the future home of its new campus, a ceremony was held on November 20 at 12 p.m. and attended by members of the public, local officials and project partners.

BELL is serving as the construction manager at risk (CMAR) for this significant replacement campus, which will feature 96,000-square-feet of new state-of-the-art facilities as well as site, parking, driveway and infrastructure enhancements. The new facility will include larger laboratories designed to simulate work environments for practical instruction and skill development as well as classrooms and support spaces for faculty, staff and students. Programs will include cosmetology, information technology systems, health & nursing, criminal justice, residential building maintenance, woodworking, industrial maintenance, collision repair, machine tooling and welding.

The new campus is located at 5215 Hwy 218 Bypass in Paris, Tenn., and is tentatively scheduled to open to students by fall 2026.
