Blood Assurance Teams with WCAC to hold blood drive at shelter on Saturday, October 19 from 11am until 3pm. All donors will receive “Spooky Donor” socks while supplies last. Registration is encouraged – use QR Code on poster or go to www.bloodassurance.org/wcac – and walk-ups are welcomed.
According to Blood Assurance, recent weather events impacting East Tennessee and the Southeast have caused an increased demand for blood products.
