Leading Brentwood-based PR agency, Pierce Public Relations, Promotes Bri Carlesimo to Vice President of Client Experience
Brentwood, Tenn. — Sept. 10, 2024 — Pierce Public Relations (Pierce PR), a leading Brentwood-based B2B-focused public relations firm, today announced the promotion of Bri Carlesimo to vice president of client experience, a newly created role designed to elevate program excellence and client satisfaction while championing the firm’s core values.
Carlesimo, who joined Pierce PR in 2019, has consistently demonstrated a strategic mindset and an unwavering commitment to client success. She most recently served as a senior account manager.
In her new role as the vice president of client experience, she will lead the charge in refining client strategies, ensuring that every engagement not only meets but exceeds expectations. She will also mentor and empower account teams, strategically aligning their unique strengths with client needs to deliver long-term, high-impact PR programs that foster growth and bolster the bottom lines of the firm’s diverse array of clients.
“Bri’s strategic approach to our program development will continue to be a key driver of both our clients’ and our firm’s success,” said Julia Bonner, president of Pierce Public Relations. “Since joining the firm five years ago, her exceptional leadership, deep understanding of client needs, and proven track record of delivering outstanding results make her the ideal choice for this new role. Bri’s leadership will not only enhance our client experience but will be pivotal in strengthening our culture and driving our continued growth as we expand into new markets.”
In addition to her role at Pierce PR, Carlesimo is committed to the community and uses her passion for communication to make a positive difference. She is a graduate of the Nashville Class 79 of Young Leaders Council, the premier organization for nonprofit board training in Middle Tennessee, and she recently served as a board member for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Nashville. Additionally, she’s a member of the Crescendo Club, a dynamic group of young professionals with a desire to support the Nashville Symphony’s artistic and educational mission.
Previously, she served as the marketing and PR director on the Associate Board of Ambassadors (ABOA) for the American Cancer Society in Nashville, as well as on the marketing and fund development committee at Alternatives for Girls, a Detroit-based nonprofit helping homeless and high-risk girls and young women. In 2017, she was recognized as a ‘30 Under 30’ by the International Panhellenic sorority Alpha Delta Pi.
