Beam Gallery Celebrates Opening with Premiere Exhibition
A Childhood Dream Come True for Artist Stacy Beam
Nashville, Tenn. (Aug. 15, 2024) – American Painter Stacy Beam is pleased to announce the opening of Beam Gallery, Nashville, dedicated solely to his original artwork. A premiere exhibition and first look celebration will be held from 6-9 p.m. CDT, Aug. 22 at 4009 Hillsboro Pike in Green Hills. The public is invited to this free event.
“This Gallery is a dream realized,” said Beam. “The first time I displayed my art as a very young teenager, I dreamed of having a beautiful gallery. I’m grateful for this opportunity and excited to share my art one on one with everyone who stops in to enjoy and experience my work.”
Beam Gallery, formerly RICHLAND Fine Art Gallery, continues the decades long tradition of providing fine art and creative cultural events to the Nashville, Green Hills, Belle Meade, and surrounding communities. The space, located in Grace’s Plaza in Green Hills, also serves as Beam’s art studio, where guests are invited into the creative process. Beam shares ownership of the gallery with wife Amanda. Beam is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University.
Self-taught, Beam has, however, gleaned from a handful of acclaimed Tennessee artists who are masters of their craft. He studied with equine artist Billie Nipper, and learned from Norris Hall, Ed Nash, and Michael Shane Neal.
Beam’s artwork is infused with soul, authenticity, and technical mastery. His colors live in tight harmony that evoke a sense of light. His landscape and abstract paintings are an invitation into Beam’s imagination.
Stacy Beam is passionate about providing people with an art immersion, emulating galleries in Oslo, Paris and New York City. “Standing in front of a piece of art is a very different thing from seeing it on a computer screen,” Beam said. “That’s why having a beautiful place where the art can remain on display has been so important to me. My hope is for people to visit Beam Gallery and truly experience the art.”
The gallery’s website exists to serve national and international art enthusiasts, with a hope that all art lovers can one day walk in the door of Beam Gallery and have an intimate, firsthand experience.
