Office Space Leader to Open Five New Locations in Greater Nashville Area in 2024
NASHVILLE, TENN. – e|spaces, the innovative office, meeting and coworking space provider, is set to open five new locations in the greater Nashville area in 2024, ranging from Green Hills and Midtown/Music Row (2) to Goodlettsville and Murfreesboro. The Nashville-based company is a leading destination for businesses, entrepreneurs and freelancers who seek flexible and modern workspaces.
The first of the five locations will be in Green Hills, a vibrant residential and commercial community just minutes from downtown Nashville. Set to open on March 1, e|spaces Green Hills will have 45 dedicated offices, ranging from large one-desk offices to 10-desk suites. Along with a front desk and reception area, a spacious kitchen cafe and other work-nooks, the 20,000-square-foot space will also include conference rooms capable of hosting up to 50 people that are available to rent by the hour.
Following Green Hills, e|spaces Music Row is set to open on May 1. This 35,000-square-foot location, adjacent to Nashville’s popular Gulch and Midtown neighborhoods, was specially chosen and designed to align with the area’s creative spirit. There will be more than 90 office spaces, including options for individuals and teams of up to 20 desks (or more) with tech-enriched amenities and amazing floor-to-ceiling views of downtown Nashville.
Continuing into the summer of 2024, the company plans to open another Midtown/Music Row location in Roundabout Plaza. This 27,000-square-foot space, positioned at the nexus of innovation and convenience, will be a hub for creativity, productivity and networking for Nashville’s vibrant business community.
In addition to these three new locations in the city, e|spaces plans to continue fueling economic growth and development in the greater Nashville area with its final 2024 additions opening in Goodlettsville and Murfreesboro.
The Goodlettsville location, slated to open in the fall, will cater to businesses and entrepreneurs just north of Nashville along I-65, also servicing neighboring Hendersonville and Gallatin.
Later in the fall, e|spaces will open a location in the growing community of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
