Nashville Web Design Company JLB Wins in Four Separate Categories at the Annual Web Excellence Awards Competition
JLB, in partnership with Nashville Cares, Sol Funding, Embassy Dental, and 46 Entertainment, wins at the Annual Web Excellence Awards Competition in various categories.
Nashville, Tennessee – The Web Excellence Awards, a leading international interactive web awards competition, has announced the 2023 award winners highlighting this year’s “best of the best” in web design and development.
JLB has been recognized for its design excellence in the sectors Diversity and Inclusion, Financial Services, Healthcare Services, and Entertainment.
Nashville Cares is the premier HIV/AIDS service organization in Tennessee which serves more than 50,000 people statewide, and provides comprehensive services to clients throughout 17 counties in Middle Tennessee.
JLB’s goal with this design was to make the website easy to navigate while still providing necessary information. To accomplish this they created sliding images with text that provide an overview of various services. Once clicked, users are taken to a separate webpage with more detailed information which allows them to take the next step, depending on their needs.
Sol Funding, a financial service that acts as an intermediary between a ussr and the company, was in need of a custom website to showcase their services which includes trading capital, a trading academy, access to their trader chatroom and community, and more.
To match their high-end branding, the JLB team created a sleek design focused on contrasting colors with an easy to read color palette focusing on cool colors such as blues and purples. By using graphics, users are easily able to see how Sol Funding compares to standard models along with how their account size is broken down based on spending.
Embassy Dental, a Marquee Dental Partner, is a middle Tennessee based Dental practice with offices located in Bellevue, Brentwood, Cool Springs, Donelson, Hendersonville, Hillsboro, and Murfreesboro. JLB’s approach with the website design was to make it easy to navigate as there are various services and locations a user may be searching for.
This was accomplished by creating service pages that breakdown each dental care option, the locations where it is available, and calls to action that are relevant to each such as their new patient special or the ability to learn more about their insurance plan.
46 Entertainment is an all-encompassing event management and production company that uses audio, video, and lighting to bring to life a variety of events from corporate live streams to stadium tours.
Focusing on the message of “Inside our house, experiences are limitless”, the newly designed 46 Entertainment website opens on an engaging video showcasing an array of live experiences. Following their black and white color scheme, the website brings pops of colors through their clickable images, section headers, and case studies. This all comes together to create a sleek design that still captures the excitement of a live entertainment business.
About the Web Excellence Awards
The annual international, web excellence competition saw over 950 entries worldwide, including 40 US States and 34 countries including Australia, Canada, The Netherlands, UK, Germany, Ukraine, Switzerland, India, etc. An international panel of industry professionals with diverse backgrounds evaluated categories ranging from online advertising to mobile applications.
The Web Excellence Awards primarily aims to acknowledge and promote creative ideas, business models and innovative technologies on the web. The winners of the excellence awards are chosen from six categories, including website building, advertising & marketing, video and podcasts, apps and mobile, social media and painting.
Each category then further includes themes ranging from activism and health to beauty, fitness, sports, travel, etc. These winners, through their work and innovative approach, inspire millions to think out of the box.
