Opening the doors to Wild Sage Studio just a few months ago in June, co-owners Andrea Schreiber and Lisa Diaz have hit the ground running in bringing their expertise to the Cool Springs area. Schreiber, a licensed aesthetician who worked for a doctor in California for years, met Diaz—a registered nurse—at a local mom’s group in Franklin. The two instantly became best friends and a few years later began dreaming up the idea to open a salon together that focused on their expertise, with Diaz performing cosmetic injections and Schreiber doing aesthetic skincare treatments.
Jumping into their new adventure headfirst, the two friends found the perfect space on Mallory Lane in Cool Springs and opened Wild Sage Studio’s doors in less than a year. Moving into a previous salon’s space, the pair even welcomed the former owner to come join their team of top-notch stylists. “We offer three types of services,” says Schreiber. “We have the salon—this can be anything with hair, then the aesthetics, and then the injectables, so we’re kind of your one stop shop. We have a lot of clients that do all three services.”
For this co-owner and friend duo, helping patrons look and feel their best is top priority.
“Both Lisa and I, we love to make people feel good,” says Schreiber. When they leave, we want them to have a great experience and just feel great. For me personally, I love to transform somebody’s skin…I just love to make people feel great. And when you look good, you feel good, right?” Schreiber and Diaz also take pride in incorporating many all-natural, eco-friendly products and their medical grade skincare is made with clean ingredients.
With an atmosphere that Schreiber describes as “friendly, welcoming, relaxing”, the two friends strive to make their services available for a wide audience. “We try to keep it competitive but keep it affordable also,” she says of their pricing. “Because everybody deserves to get their hair done and get a facial at some point in their life.” When it comes to hair trends for fall, Schreiber predicts that a lot of “lived in blondes” will be trading their sun-kissed highlights for bronze and brunette tones and adding hair extensions to their look. So, whether you’re looking to transition your summer blonde for fall, add some length to your locks, or get your skin ready for the change in season, Wild Sage Studio has got you covered.
