Top Pooch-Friendly Patios to Celebrate National Dog Month

National Dog Month (a national holiday I think most of us can get behind) kicks off Monday, and I wanted to share several pooch-friendly patios in Franklin to celebrate, all of which are part of the A. Marshall Hospitality family of restaurants:
- Americana Taphouse offers Southern takes on American classic food and a large selection of cold beers on tap. The family-friendly concept’s wrap-around, dog-friendly patio overlooks the beautiful Harpeth River in downtown Franklin.
- Another great patio to hang out in the heart of downtown Franklin with your pup is at Burger Dandy, a retro burger and milkshake concept that opened in Jan. 2022.
- Legendary Southern food and live music venue Puckett’s Restaurant welcomes four-legged family members on the patio in downtown Franklin.
- Scout’s Pub is a Southern gastropub concept located in Franklin’s Westhaven community. Named for the Marshall family’s beloved dog, Scout’s Pub offers a great happy hour available on the dog-friendly patio M-F, 3-6 p.m. and 8-9 p.m.
