The Alzheimer’s Association presents the free and virtual program “Black Dementia Minds”

In honor of Black History Month, the Alzheimer’s Association TN Chapter will present a viewing of the recorded program, “Black Dementia Minds,” followed by a live Q&A on Wednesday, Feb.16, 12 p.m. CT. This education program will be hosted by Dr. Fayron Epps, Assistant Professor, Emory University This is a free and virtual webinar. To celebrate Black History Month, we are offering a viewing of the recorded program, Black Dementia Minds, along with a live Q&A. Black Dementia Minds features a group of Black advocates who have been diagnosed with a form of dementia. This presentation was created in efforts to spread dementia awareness in the Black community and to let families and people living with dementia know that they are not alone.
