For husband-and-wife duo Scott and Kelsey Searles, opening CoreLife Eatery locations in Middle Tennessee was the perfect passion project. With Scott’s experience in the restaurant world and Kelsey’s passion for health and wellness as a personal trainer and fitness instructor, the couple have loved bringing healthy, delicious and convenient dishes to the Franklin community.
Moving from upstate New York, they could have chosen anywhere to open locations of the fast-casual chain, but as soon as they found Franklin, they knew it was the perfect place to raise their daughter. “We kind of took a year looking around the country, discovered Franklin and just really fell in love with it,” says Kelsey. A few short years after opening Tennessee’s first CoreLife Eatery in Murfreesboro, they established the Franklin location in October of 2020 just as soon as they found the right spot.
The restaurant’s “whole food concept” aims to bring menu items that not only taste delicious, but fuel customers with all of the best ingredients to power their day. With a wide variety of options and ways to customize any meal, customers can choose from CoreLife Eatery’s expertly crafted dishes or get creative and dream up their very own customized bowl.
Everything served at CoreLife Eatery is made from scratch, including all their dressings, sauces and broths that make up their variety of menu items including salads, grain bowls, rice bowls, taco bowls, broth bowls, and tacos. Made from good-for-you ingredients that are free of GMO’s, trans fats, artificial colors, sweeteners and other artificial additives, CoreLife Eatery serves meals that customers can feel good about eating. Their delicious food pairs perfectly with their unique handcrafted beverages which are packed with natural, fresh flavors. With customizable dishes, many vegetarian and vegan options and most menu items being gluten free, there is truly something for everybody at CoreLife Eatery.
