MORNING POINTE SENIOR LIVING NAMES BRYAN MOSS AS 2021 REGIONAL EXCEEDING EXPECTATIONS WINNER

Franklin, Tenn. (December 14, 2021) – Bryan Moss, maintenance director at The Lantern at Morning Pointe Alzheimer’s Center of Excellence, Franklin, has received the 2021 Morning Pointe Senior Living Exceeding Expectations award for outstanding service in the Cumberland Region, representing 10 Morning Pointe communities in Middle Tennessee.

Morning Pointe Senior Living presented its Exceeding Expectations awards at the annual conference last week, recognizing the most exceptional of its associates for demonstrating leadership and excellence in providing quality senior care. Every year, the company acknowledges top performing team members in its 35 communities in Alabama, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee. This year’s conference was, once again, held in-person as associates gathered together safely to celebrate an extraordinary year.

“This award goes to associates who exceed the expectations set for them, and Bryan is no exception,” said Tonie Venable, regional vice president of operations for Morning Pointe Senior Living. “He is an exemplary leader who embodies the heart of what Morning Pointe is all about, providing excellent care to residents, and is someone who continues to grow in his role at Morning Pointe.”

Moss has been with Morning Pointe for only one year, but in that span of time, his impact on the Franklin Alzheimer’s memory care community has been a lasting one. “To get to come in and work here with the greatest generation every single day is truly a blessing,” said Moss. “All these residents are like my grandmothers and grandfathers, and I love being able to help them and make this building stay in the best physical shape it can be in. I can’t say enough good things about this team!”
