First Horizon Bank Named Official Bank of Fifth + Broadway

NASHVILLE, Tenn., July 26, 2021 – First Horizon Bank has been named the Official Bank of Fifth + Broadway, one of the largest single mixed-use developments in the history of Nashville and Tennessee. As the official bank, First Horizon will have signage, digital kiosks and ATMs on the property, as well as opportunities to host special events.

“First Horizon is thrilled to be the official bank of Fifth + Broadway, which is quickly becoming an integral part of the continued economic growth of our city and the social fabric of downtown Nashville,” said Carol Yochem, First Horizon Bank Middle Tennessee Region President. “This alliance represents another step in our company’s commitment to the Nashville community. We look forward to incorporating this magnificent venue into our outreach efforts through exciting events and other activities that celebrate life in our great city.”

“First Horizon has deep ties within the Nashville community and across the state of Tennessee,” said Tom Miller, Fifth + Broadway’s General Manager. “They are a perfect partner for Fifth + Broadway as they mirror our commitment to this city and our desire to see it thrive. We’re excited to welcome them, and their support will lend itself to more incredible guest experiences and activations that Fifth + Broadway has already come to be known for.”

To celebrate, First Horizon launched an integrated marketing campaign called “Choose your Adventure” identifying rich client experiences and the many ways First Horizon meets clients where they are in life. The campaign highlights the diversity of first-class entertainment, shopping and dining experiences available to visitors at Fifth + Broad, and First Horizon’s relationship to clients and these experiences.

Located on the 6.2-acre site of the former Nashville Convention Center, Fifth + Broadway features 200,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment businesses and is home to the 56,000-square-foot National Museum for African American Music. The development also includes The Place at Fifth + Broadway, the tallest for-rent apartment tower (386 residential units) in Tennessee, and 372,000 square feet of Class-A office space.

The development has more than 30 retail and dining establishments, and visitors have access to three levels of dining and entertainment, a rooftop live music venue and outdoor terraces with views of the historic Ryman Auditorium and lower Broadway.
