SURVEY FINDS CONSUMERS WANT BUSINESSES TO CONTINUE SPECIAL CLEANING PROTOCOLS POST PANDEMIC
92% of employees also concerned about workplace cleanliness, regardless of vaccination status

More than 90% of respondents said they now viewed enhanced protocols as an ongoing priority and expected businesses to adapt accordingly.

93% of respondents want businesses to continue placing a special emphasis on cleaning and sanitizing, with customers more closely evaluating the cleanliness of businesses they frequent since the pandemic. After being vaccinated, nearly 74% plan to ask businesses about their sanitation practices.
Workers also expect employers to follow enhanced cleaning protocols and are cautious about returning to the office, regardless of vaccination status. 92% want to be confident about proper cleaning and sanitizing before returning to work, and 66% expect their office to be cleaned daily. If professionals feel their workplace is not taking disinfection seriously, nearly 75% said they would consider asking to work from home.
