From lively parades and patriotic pet shows to live music and grand fireworks displays, the celebrations are abundant.

Williamson County’s Biggest 4th of July Celebrations

Celebrate Independence Day in Williamson County with exciting events that highlight the vibrant community spirit and patriotic pride. From all-day festivities in Franklin to spectacular fireworks in Brentwood, there are plenty of ways to enjoy the holiday!

Franklin on the Fourth

The Franklin on the Fourth celebration, hosted by the Franklin Lions Club and the City of Franklin, offers a full day of activities on July 4th in Downtown Franklin, Tennessee. The festivities kick off at 10 am with a variety of food and craft vendors. At 10:30 am, the community can enjoy the Patriotic Pet Parade, which will be followed by an awards ceremony.

Throughout the day, there will be live musical performances, with the main act beginning at 3:30 pm. Visit the Lions Club booth to sign the kids up to participate in the Children’s Parade, which takes place at 5 pm.

Franklin 4th of July Independence Day Fireworks Celebration

After enjoying the full day of festivities in Downtown Franklin, continue the celebration by heading over to The Tractor Supply Co. Arena at The Park at Harlinsdale Farm for the 4th of July Independence Day Fireworks Celebration.

Hosted by Friends of Franklin Parks along with the City of Franklin and the City of Franklin Parks Department, this celebration begins at 5 pm until the fireworks display at approximately 9 pm. The event features live music, kids’ games, food trucks, and beer and wine sales at the concession stand. • 239 Franklin Rd, Franklin, TN 37064 •

Brentwood Red, White, and Boom

The City of Brentwood is hosting the annual Red, White, and Boom event on July 4th, at the Eddy Arnold Amphitheater in Crockett Park, from 7 pm to 10 pm. This free community event features live music by The Downtown Band, which will perform from 7 pm until the fireworks display at around 9 pm. Fairview Independence Day Celebration

The Annual July 3rd event in Fairview, Tennessee, features live performances by Rubiks Groove, Kolby Oakley, and Brian Rhea. Rubiks Groove will deliver hits from the ’80s and ’90s, while Kolby Oakley offers a mix of country and rock. Local singer/songwriter Brian Rhea has you covered with all your favorite covers. The event includes a fireworks show at 9:30 pm, food trucks, and activities for children. Free giveaways are available, including event t-shirts. Nolensville Star Spangled Celebration

The  Star Spangled Celebration in Nolensville, Tennessee, will take place on June 28th at Nolensville High School from 6 pm to 9 pm. This event will feature food vendors, inflatables, family activities, live entertainment, and fireworks. The event culminates with one of the nation’s largest fireworks displays at around 9:30 pm, synchronized to live music by the Nashville Symphony, and for the first time, includes a drone light show. 

Celebrating Independence Day with kids in Nashville? Don’t miss the free Amazon Family Fun Zone at Music City Walk of Fame Park.  Enjoy live music while the kids bounce around in inflatables, play games, and participate in other fun activities. Nashville Shores Fireworks

Nashville Shores hosts its spectacular fireworks displays on select dates, including Thursday, July 3rd. The fireworks show begins at dusk, around 8:45 pm, offering a stunning view as the fireworks reflect off the lake. The water park attractions close at 8 pm, but the park and several concession areas remain open until the fireworks conclude.
