2007 Parade of Homes at Stream Valley

The Home Builders Association of Middle Tennessee announces their 2007 Parade of Homes™ at Stream Valley, sponsored by Bank of America, and hosted by ParkTrust Development.  This over 35 year tradition will feature “the best and brightest in interior design and home building” October 13 through 28 in the new Stream Valley community in Franklin. Guests can browse the beautiful homes while taking in the latest trends in home building, architecture, interior design, furnishings and landscaping.

The featured homes are large and luxurious, ranging in style from French Country and English Tudor to Colonial Revival and in price from $850,000 to $1,000,000. The list of builders and interior decorators boasts past winners and newcomers. “We are so very proud to be showcasing the fantastic work of this team of designers,” says Parade of Homes™ co-chairman Kay Russell. “Several are returning to the Parade while some are new faces to the event, but they all will delight attendees with their unique and innovative ideas in home design, furnishings and finishes.”

Each builder will be partnered with an interior decorator. The pairings are as follows: Mark English of European Gallery, working with RiverBirch Homes; Elizabeth Poole Spangler of EPID Co.
