Williamson County Community Band Extends Invitation to New Members
Miss playing that old horn? Wonder where the musical action is in Williamson County? The Williamson County Parks and Recreation Department’s Community Band welcomes potential members to a free “Get Acquainted Party” on Saturday, January 27th from 10:00 a.m. to 12 noon at the Franklin Recreation Complex. Director Ken Krause and his talented team of existing members host the gathering as an invitation to community musicians to meet and greet the players, discuss the 2007 concert schedule and enjoy musical camaraderie. All ages and instruments are invited to participate. Don’t miss the chance to learn more about the community band, sign on to a terrific community endeavor and share your talents!
