Wedgewood-Houston continues to strengthen its reputation as one of Nashville’s premier shopping and lifestyle destinations. This spring and summer, four internationally recognized brands—ZIMMERMANN, STAUD, Malbon, and Eberjey—open their first standalone Tennessee locations at Wedgewood Village, an 18-acre mixed-use development from AJ Capital Partners. The additions join a growing collection of luxury retailers and fine dining restaurants transforming the neighborhood into a regional destination.

For Williamson County residents, the expansion brings several highly sought-after fashion and lifestyle brands a little closer to home. Located just north of Franklin, Wedgewood Village offers convenient access to shopping experiences that previously required travel to larger retail markets. From designer fashion and luxury accessories to golf-inspired apparel and premium sleepwear, the new retailers add even more reasons to make the short drive into Nashville.

The latest announcements build on the neighborhood’s growing momentum, which already includes recently opened luxury brands Eberjey, Brunello Cucinelli, and Hermès, along with upcoming restaurant concepts and locally owned businesses. As Wedgewood Village continues to evolve, it is becoming a destination where shopping, dining, and culture come together in one walkable district.
