WCPR Therapeutics Divsions Gears Up for

It is spring time and preparation for the Williamson County Parks and Recreation Department’s summer camps are well underway. “Camp Will”, a seven week day-camp for children, adolescents and young adults ages 6-23 with physical or developmental disabilities, will be held at Walnut Grove Elementary School, Mondays through Fridays, June 2nd through July 18th from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (no camp on July 4th). Presented by the WCPR Therapeutics Division, this innovative camp offers exciting experiences and education through swimming, community outings, art, music, dance and recreation therapy. Participants are required to be residents of Williamson County and enrollment is limited. Register early! The camp costs $45.00 per week.
 
Parents or legal guardians must register their campers in person at the Franklin Recreation Complex on Tuesday, April 22nd from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or Thursday, April 24th from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. If your child has never attended Camp Will, please schedule an assessment appointment prior to April 17th by calling 790-5719, ext. 21. 
 
The Franklin Recreation Complex is located at 1120 Hillsboro Rd. in Franklin. Walnut Grove Elementary School is located at 326 Stable Rd. in Franklin.
