Vintner Dinners Kick Off Franklin Wine Festival
Three Vintner Dinners will kick off the Franklin Wine Festival, benefiting Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee. Presented by Cool Springs Wines & Spirits and supported by Nissan North America, the festival culminates with the Grand Tasting on Oct. 24, 7:00 p.m., at The Factory in Franklin, Tenn.
The Vintner Dinners pair gourmet cuisine with superior wine selections from award winning vineyards. Dinners offer multiple courses with a different wine selected to complement each course.
Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, 2525 West End Ave., Nashville, will host the first Vintner Dinner on Thursday, Sept. 4, at 6:30 pm. Cost is $125 per person. Sofie’s Bistro, 6601 Sugar Valley Drive, Nashville, hosts the second Vintner Dinner on Tuesday, Sept. 16, at 6:30 pm. Cost is $85 per person. Criallo’s Bistro & Bar, 1935 Mallory Lane, Franklin, hosts the third and final Vintner Dinner on Tuesday, Sept. 23, at 6:30 pm. Cost is $85 per person.
“These restaurants are known for fantastic food and wine,” says event chair Sandy Draper. “The Vintner Dinners are a great opportunity to enjoy a gourmet experience while supporting Big Brothers Big Sisters. Proceeds from this event will help change how kids are growing up in your community.”
