Terrain

Terrain at The Factory at Franklin is a home and garden store, plant nursery, and design destination offering indoor and outdoor plants, pottery, planters, garden accessories, home décor, candles, gifts, wellness products, and seasonal merchandise.

Part of the Anthropologie and URBN family of brands, Terrain combines a garden center with home and outdoor living merchandise. The Franklin location includes a full outdoor nursery and garden center with live plants, pots, and planters, along with an indoor shop featuring houseplants, planted arrangements, decorative vessels, gardening supplies, and distinctive items for the home and garden.

Terrain also offers custom planting services through its Design Theater. Customers can select a plant and container in the store and have them combined, or bring in their own vessel for a custom planted arrangement. More extensive design consultations are also planned for customers looking for help with plantings suited to a particular indoor or outdoor space.

The store’s merchandise changes throughout the year, with seasonal décor and holiday collections mixed among its plant, garden, and home offerings. Terrain also hosts small workshops focused on projects such as terrariums, moss art, planted arrangements, and seasonal designs.

The Franklin Terrain is the brand’s first location in the South and brings a full nursery, indoor plant shop, home and garden retail, custom planting services, and hands-on programming to The Factory at Franklin.
