United Way Announces The Honorary 2007 Campaign Chair

Because of her commitment to charitable community organizations and in an effort to better the lives of those in the community, Wynonna Judd, a Williamson County resident, has been named honorary chairperson for the United Way of Williamson County 2007 campaign.

“I am thrilled to be named the Honorary Chairperson for the United Way of Williamson County,” said Wynonna.

“The United Way provides an abundance of resources to many families in our community and to stand alongside them in their continued efforts is an honor.”

“We’re delighted to have Wynonna on board,” said Craig Holland, Williamson County President, First Farmers and Merchants Bank and United Way of Williamson County 2007 campaign chair.

“She’s a strong advocate for our county and we welcome her to our efforts to reach out and make a difference.”

The annual United Way campaign season begins this month at various companies through Williamson County.  United Way of Williamson County is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization, dedicated to making a measurable impact in Williamson County by bringing together people from all areas: business, government, education, non-profits and individuals to focus on strengthening our community.
