Therapeutic Recreation Night Includes Mexican Cuizine

On Thursday, May 15th, between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., young adults (and older) with disabilities are invited to join the Therapeutic Division of the Williamson County Parks and Recreation Department for Recreation Night – Let’s Eat Mexican. The group will meet at the Franklin Recreation Complex then, travel together to La Hacienda Mexican Restaurant for a fabulous evening socializing with friends and dining on their favorite Mexican dishes.

The cost for this event is $3.00 per person (plus dinner costs paid at La Hacienda). This is a PALS program (People at Leisure with Support), and caregivers are required to stay with those needing support.  Caregivers are asked to register and pay the $3.00 program fee.

Registration for this event is required between April 17th and May 13th. Contact the Franklin Recreation Complex, 1120 Hillsboro Road in Franklin, for more information and registration at 790-5719, ext. 10.
