Super Bowl Nashville Celebration Planned on Lower Broadway

Nashville will celebrate the official announcement that Super Bowl LXIV is coming to Music City with a free public event on Wednesday, May 20, 2026.

The Super Bowl Community Celebration will take place at 7:30 pm on Lower Broadway, with gates opening at 6:30 pm. The event will include live music, a drone show, brief bursts of fireworks, and appearances from special guests.

Nashville band Sixwire will perform, and ESPN’s Marty Smith will emcee the celebration. The event is designed as a citywide moment for residents, visitors, football fans, and Titans supporters to celebrate the news together in the heart of downtown Nashville.

The celebration follows the National Football League’s announcement that Nashville will host Super Bowl LXIV in 2030 at new Nissan Stadium. It will mark the first time the Super Bowl has been played in Nashville, making the announcement a historic milestone for Music City and Middle Tennessee.

The Super Bowl Community Celebration is free and open to the public. Attendees are asked to RSVP by 6 pm Tuesday, May 19, by emailing ncvccommunications@visitmusiccity.com.

For Nashville, the celebration marks the beginning of the countdown to Super Bowl Nashville 2030. The event gives the community a chance to celebrate before Music City prepares to welcome one of the largest sporting and entertainment events in the world.
