Stream Valley Neighborhood

If activity at Stream Valley is any indication of the Williamson County new-home market, then all signs point upward. Developers announced today that 45 new families have purchased or have placed contracts to purchase personalized homes in the neighborhood since August.

National homebuilder Ryan Homes (NYSE: NVR) made a big entry into the Middle Tennessee market in mid-2012 by securing rights to all of the neighborhood’s remaining lots. Each home is built to the customer’s specifications and offer a variety of upgrade options. Since last fall, 10 homes have been built, 20 are currently under construction and the remainder will be completed within the next six months.

Stream Valley is located near the intersection of Goose Creek Bypass and Lewisburg Pike, only three miles from historic downtown Franklin and less than one mile from the new Berry Farms Town Center, the 840 Loop and Interstate 65. The 345-acre, mixed-use community includes 800+ lots surrounded by 45 percent open space and creeks running throughout the property.

“Williamson County is one of the hottest markets in the country, and Stream Valley is perfectly situated for convenience while still offering incredible natural beauty and a wonderful community,” said Alex Marks, senior vice president of Tower Investments, LLC. “We believe this neighborhood represents the best value in Franklin in new construction, with upscale finishes, generous lot sizes and plenty of opportunity for customization.”

Staff members are on-site daily at two model homes Tuesday-Saturday from 10 a.m.-6 p.m., and Sunday and Monday from 1 p.m.-6 p.m. Ryan is offering several home designs that can include as many as six bedrooms, four baths, up to a three-car garage and 4,400 square feet to choose from. Starting prices range from the $260s to the $350s.

Ryan Homes started in 1948 as a small, family-run business and has evolved into one of the top five homebuilders in the nation. The company adheres to a rigorous Quality Assurance program,  certifies each home to Energy Star standards, and 98 percent of buyers say they would recommend Ryan Homes to family and friends.

Stream Valley was purchased in June of 2012 by Tower Investments, LLC, and Tennessee Contractors, Inc. The partnership pre-sold the entire development to Ryan Homes.
