Seniors Travel to the Bluebird Cafe

The Longview Recreation Center at Spring Hill invites seniors (ages 55 & older) to enjoy a day trip to the world famous Bluebird Café and lunch at the Cheesecake Factory in Nashville on Thursday, June 12th.
The Bluebird Café opened in 1982 and has grown into an internationally known venue for aspiring songwriters and performers. The Bluebird has featured many well-known artists over the years, including Kathy Mattea and Garth Brooks. The Bluebird is a true “in-the-round” format, where four talented writers sit in a circle, sharing songs and inspiration. After the show, lunch will be Dutch treat at the Cheesecake Factory in the Green Hills Mall.
Registration opens at 9:00am on May 12th and closes June 2nd or when the trip is full. The cost is $4.00 per person and space is very limited. The group will leave from the Longview Recreation Center at Spring Hill at 8:00am on June 12th and return at 2:30pm.
Registration for the trip may be made in person or by speaking with the receptionist at (615)302-0971, ext. 10. No messages allowed. To hold a reservation, payment must be received within 5 days of the initial registration. Payments may be mailed or made in person at the Longview Recreation Center at Spring Hill. Refunds are available through the last day of registration.
