Seniors to See Theatre Production

The Franklin Recreation Complex invites seniors (ages 55 & older) to enjoy a day trip to see Gaslight Theatre’s production of “Shirley Valentine” on Thursday, March 12th.  
 
After a buffet lunch at the Renaissance Center in Dickson, the group will enjoy “Shirley Valentine,” the Tony-award-winning comedy about a middle-aged housewife who finds herself in a rut. After reflecting on her past and considering her future, Shirley embarks on a trip to Greece, finding romance and a new lease on life.
 
Registration opens at 9:00 a.m. on February 20th and closes March 10th or when the trip is full. The cost is $42 per person and space is limited. The group will leave from the Franklin Recreation Complex, 1120 Hillsboro Road at 10:45 a.m. on March 12th and return at 4:30 p.m. Travel will be by comfortable motorcoach and the cost includes lunch, the show and all transportation.
 
Registration for the trip may be made in person or by speaking with the receptionist at (615)790-5719, ext. 10 (credit card purchases must be over $20 and will include a small processing fee). No messages allowed. To hold a reservation, payment must be received within 5 days of the initial registration.
 
Payments may be mailed or made in person at the Franklin Recreation Complex, 1120 Hillsboro Road, Franklin, TN, 37064.  Payment may be received by mail, over the phone or in person and is non-refundable after the final registration date unless the seat is filled from the waiting list. Participants may register up to 1 additional person for each trip.
 
Williamson County Parks and Recreation is a public organization, here to benefit the community. No membership is required.
