Kim Leggett, author of the best-selling books City Farmhouse Style and Home Stories, brings her design expertise and storytelling sensibility to the brand. Together, the Leggetts have spent more than two decades sourcing unique antiques across the country, designing homes and commercial spaces throughout Middle Tennessee, and inspiring collectors and decorators nationwide.

A hallmark of the brand is the City Farmhouse Pop-up Fair, held twice each year. Since its debut in 2013, this highly anticipated event has drawn visitors from across the U.S., featuring 40+ curated antique, vintage, and artisan vendors. Recognized as one of the top five events to attend by Southern Living and a must-visit by Garden & Gun and Country Living, the City Farmhouse Pop-up Fair has become a signature Franklin experience.
