MARS PETCARE & ANIMAL CENTER OFFER SPONSORED ADOPTIONS THIS WEEK
In response to kennels filling up throughout middle Tennessee, Mars Petcare is teaming up with local shelters to promote and encourage adoptions. Through Saturday, March 11, Mars and its PEDIGREE® brand will cover the fee for approved adopters at Williamson County Animal Center (WCAC).
Lexy is a one-year old mixed breed who loves to play with toys and gets along great with other dogs. She can be a little shy at first but will come out of her shell when she gets to know you. If you are looking for a furry friend to watch movies with who will also go on strolls through the park, this is your girl. Lexy and all of her adoptable friends at WCAC are looking forward to your visit!
“We’re seeing shelters struggle to have adoptions keep pace with intake,” said Sarah Moran, Senior Manager of External Affairs with Mars Pet Nutrition, “With Williamson County Animal Center being in our backyard and one of our key partners, we wanted to step up and help in any way that we can.”
Located at 1006 Grigsby Hayes Court in Franklin, WCAC’s business hours are 10:00am until 6:00pm, Monday thru Friday; 11:00am until 1:00pm on Saturday; closed Sunday.
