Make-A-Thon at the Library

Make-A-Thon at the Library

The Williamson County Public Library will be hosting the 2nd Annual Make-A-Thon: Festival of Creativity from 10am-4pm on Saturday, May 3, 2014. The Library is partnering with local  businesses, schools, and artisans to show you what is available in your own backyard. Exhibitors include NovaCopy 3D Printing, the Tennessee Association of Woodturners, Bricks 4 Kidz, and many more.

The festival will consist of live demonstrations, and hands on activities using robots, painting, 3D printing, and wood working, just to name a few! Participants of all ages can get creative and have fun with legos, create personal artwork to take home and try out other activities.  No festival is complete without live music and food. There will be musicians and several food vendors on site with items available for purchase.

This event is free and open to the public. Come learn about what Williamson County has to offer everyone. For more information, contact Randi Peters with the Library at 615-595-1250.
